How to keep calm under pressure

  1. Wow, Emily, you spoke so clearly. Choosing three things was a really good idea - not too much.
    Humming a favourite song of the day is a great idea to stay calm... I think I'm going to to try that if I get frustrated by my kids.
    I'd love to know more about ballet breathing. I don't do ballet, can I still try the breathing?

  2. Cool ideas to share with everybody Emily. I like to clean the house when I am feeling frustrated, I think it keeps my mind busy! I will try the breathing technique too.

Amazing work for the week

  This work is one off the the best I have done yet. The writing was actually  quite hard to understand but once I had it, it was easy.
